What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a SEND setting, PRU, or high-needs classroom
- Confidence supporting children with ASD, SEMH or non-verbal communication
- A calm, consistent, and caring approach, even when it’s tough
- Thrive trained? Amazing. Not yet? We’ll fund it for free.
Why you’ll love this role:
- Join a school that truly values its SEND team
- Ongoing training and real collaboration with staff
- The chance to be part of something meaningful, every single day
