Protocol Education is currently hiring Teaching Assistants with care experience to join a special needs school in the London Borough of Wandsworth starting in September 2025.
This inclusive and well-resourced school supports pupils across early years, primary, and post-16 with a wide range of needs including autism, complex learning difficulties, physical disabilities, and visual/hearing impairments.
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with a small class of 6–8 pupils, offering 1:1 support, encouraging independence, assisting with sensory integration, and helping deliver creative, therapeutic activities like music, art, dance, and gardening in the sensory garden.
