Job Title: Classroom Support Assistant
Location: Greenwich
Start Date: September 2025

You’re the extra pair of hands—and the heart behind the scenes.

We’re looking for a brilliant Classroom Support Assistant to join a welcoming SEND School this September. If you love working with children, enjoy the buzz of the classroom, and know how to offer support that really helps, this could be your perfect fit.

Whether you’ve worked in schools before or are bringing skills from another setting—what matters most is that you care, you’re calm, and you’re ready to muck in.

What you’ll be doing:
Supporting pupils during lessons—answering questions, boosting confidence
Helping children with different learning styles access the curriculum
Spotting when someone’s struggling and stepping in with patience
‍ Working closely with the class teacher to keep everything running smoothly
Supporting small groups or 1:1 when needed—reading, writing, numeracy and more

We’d love to hear from you if you:
✅ Have experience working with children (in schools, clubs, youth settings, or tutoring)
✅ Can stay upbeat, organised, and calm when things get busy
✅ Are a great communicator with a natural rapport with kids
✅ Are ready to learn, adapt and grow in a rewarding school role

SEND experience is a bonus—but not a must.
We offer free CPD to help you build your skills (including Thrive, Autism Awareness and more).
