We’re looking for a kind, patient and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to support a KS1 pupil who needs 1:1 classroom guidance and personal care assistance. This is a role where compassion matters just as much as classroom know-how.
What you’ll be doing

Working closely with a KS1 pupil to help them access learning and daily routines

Providing personal care support with dignity and respect

Creating a safe, structured and positive learning space

Teaming up with teachers, the SENCO, and parents to make sure the child feels supported and included
What we’re looking for

Experience supporting children with SEND, ideally including personal care
-
A calm, caring and resilient approach

Strong communication skills and a sense of humour (always handy in a KS1 classroom!)

Reliability and commitment—you’ll be a vital part of this child’s day
