About the Role:
Protocol Education is seeking a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of special educational needs in schools across Croydon. You will play a vital role in helping children access learning, build confidence, and thrive in a supportive school environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one and group support for pupils with SEN (Autism, ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language, etc.)

Assist teachers and SENCOs in delivering tailored education plans

Adapt learning resources to meet individual pupil needs

Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Requirements:

Experience supporting children with SEN (desirable)

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

Right to Work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
