We’re on the lookout for a kind, committed SEN Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a pupil with autism in a welcoming school in BD7, Bradford. This role is all about patience, empathy, and helping a young learner thrive day to day.
What you’ll be doing:

Providing 1:1 support in class and during structured activities

Helping the pupil with routines, communication, and engagement

Working closely with the SENCO, class teacher, and external professionals

Creating a safe, positive, and consistent environment where learning feels possible

Experience supporting children with autism or additional needs

A calm, adaptable approach and plenty of empathy

Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
