We are recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants for a number of inclusive and high-achieving secondary schools across Harrow. These roles are ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced support staff looking to make a real difference.
You’ll Support Students With:

ASD, ADHD, and SEMH needs

Speech, language and communication challenges

Learning difficulties and behaviour support
The Role:

One-to-one and small group support

In-class assistance under teacher direction

Assisting with IEPs and EHCPs

Contributing to a positive, inclusive school environment
You’ll Need:

Experience working with young people (ideally SEN)
-
Calm, patient and resilient personality
-
Good literacy and numeracy (minimum GCSEs)

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
