What You’ll Be Doing:

Providing 1:1 or small group support for pupils with additional needs (e.g. autism, ADHD, speech & language difficulties).

Helping children feel calm, confident, and ready to learn through structured routines and positive reinforcement.

Supporting access to learning in and out of the classroom, adapting resources where needed.

Working closely with SENCOs, class teachers, and therapists to create personalised support plans.

Creating a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment for every pupil.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs (school-based or otherwise).

Calm, patient and resilient with strong communication skills.
-
Able to follow EHCPs and work closely with teaching teams.

A team player who’s also confident working independently.
