Are you passionate about helping children with special needs thrive in school? A specialist unit within a mainstream school in Slough is hiring a SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils 1:1 and in small groups.

Your Role:

  • Provide emotional and academic support

  • Implement strategies from EHCPs and therapy sessions

  • Help manage behaviour and promote engagement

  • Build trusting relationships with students and families

You Bring:

  • Experience in SEN or care roles

  • Strong interpersonal and de-escalation skills

  • A calm, patient, and resilient attitude

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
