We’re looking for a compassionate and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated inclusion team. You’ll play a vital role in helping students with special educational needs access learning, build confidence, and thrive in and beyond the classroom.


What you’ll do:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of SEN needs
Adapt and deliver resources to support inclusive learning
Work closely with teachers, SENCO and pastoral staff to ensure consistent support
Encourage independence and celebrate every milestone


What you’ll bring:
✔️ Experience supporting young people in an educational setting
✔️ A positive, nurturing attitude and a calm approach
✔️ Good communication and organisation skills
✔️ GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade C/4 or above
