About the Role:
Protocol Education is looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join schools in Croydon. The role involves supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, ensuring they can access learning and develop socially and emotionally in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one and group support to pupils with SEN (Autism, ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language, etc.)

Work alongside teachers and SENCOs to implement learning and behaviour plans

Adapt learning materials and resources to meet individual needs

Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
Requirements:

Previous experience working with children with SEN is desirable

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

Right to Work in the UK
