We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Lambeth. This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact, supporting pupils with additional needs to grow in confidence, independence, and learning.
What you’ll be doing:

Providing 1:1 and small group support for children with SEND (autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs)

Working closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to create a safe, supportive environment

Helping pupils engage with learning through encouragement, structure, and care

Bringing patience, positivity, and empathy to every school day

Experience working with children or young people with SEND (school, care, or youth settings)

A calm, resilient approach in challenging situations

Strong teamwork and communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
