We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Lambeth. This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact, supporting pupils with additional needs to grow in confidence, independence, and learning.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support for children with SEND (autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs)

  • Working closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to create a safe, supportive environment

  • Helping pupils engage with learning through encouragement, structure, and care

  • Bringing patience, positivity, and empathy to every school day

  • Experience working with children or young people with SEND (school, care, or youth settings)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
