About the Role:
Protocol Education is currently recruiting a compassionate and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a supportive school based in Bromley. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and is looking to make a lasting impact in a school environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN (including ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, and SEMH)

Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning plans

Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment

Encourage students' social, emotional, and educational development
-
Liaise with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals when required
Requirements:
-
Experience working with children with SEN (in school or other settings)
-
Patience, resilience, and a nurturing approach
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

Available full-time, Monday to Friday during term time

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
