Protocol Education is seeking passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join our schools in the Croydon area. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the classroom while gaining valuable experience supporting students with special educational needs.
Role responsibilities:

Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons across primary and/or secondary settings

Providing one-to-one or small group support to pupils with additional needs (SEND)
-
Assisting with classroom management and creating a positive, inclusive learning environment

Helping with lesson preparation and wider school activities
Requirements:
-
Previous experience working with children or young people (ideally with SEND)
-
A genuine interest in education and supporting student development
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work effectively as part of a team

An up-to-date Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
