About the Role:
Protocol Education is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join schools in Wandsworth. This role involves supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, helping them to access learning and thrive both academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEN (Autism, ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language, etc.)

Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored learning support

Adapt classroom materials and activities to meet pupil needs

Promote inclusion, independence, and positive behaviour
Requirements:

Previous experience supporting children with SEN (desirable but not essential)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Patient, empathetic, and resilient approach

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

Right to Work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
