About the Role:
Protocol Education is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join schools in Wandsworth. This role involves supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, helping them to access learning and thrive both academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEN (Autism, ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language, etc.)

  • Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored learning support

  • Adapt classroom materials and activities to meet pupil needs

  • Promote inclusion, independence, and positive behaviour

Requirements:

  • Previous experience supporting children with SEN (desirable but not essential)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Patient, empathetic, and resilient approach

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

  • Right to Work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
