SEN Teaching Assistant – London

Location: London (various boroughs available)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full-time, Term-time
Salary: £85–£100 per day (PAYE, weekly)

We’re working with several inclusive schools across London looking for committed, compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join their teams this September.

These full-time roles offer the chance to support pupils with a range of needs—including autism, ADHD, and social-emotional challenges—while making a real difference to their school day. If you're patient, resilient, and passionate about helping every child thrive, we’d love to hear from you.

The role includes:

  • One-to-one or small group support for pupils with SEND

  • Helping students access the curriculum and develop confidence

  • Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists

  • Creating a calm, structured, and supportive classroom environment

  • Supporting learning, communication, and behaviour strategies

You should have:

  • Experience supporting children or young people with special educational needs

  • A calm, adaptable, and empathetic approach

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • A genuine interest in inclusive education

  • (Desirable) Team Teach or Thrive training—but we offer this too!
