About the Role:
Protocol Education is seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to work in schools across Wandsworth. This role involves supporting children with a range of special educational needs, helping them access learning and thrive in a safe, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN (Autism, ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language needs, etc.)

  • Assist teachers and SENCOs with differentiated learning strategies

  • Support pupils’ social and emotional development alongside academic progress

  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children with SEN (school or similar setting)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Patient, resilient, and flexible approach

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

  • Right to Work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
