Got a calm head, a kind heart, and a knack for understanding kids who need that little bit more? We’re on the lookout for compassionate, switched-on SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs in welcoming Lambeth primary schools.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing 1:1 or small group support to pupils with SEND

  • Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs

  • Helping pupils access learning and build routine

  • Supporting emotional regulation and communication

  • Creating a safe, inclusive environment where all children can thrive


You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Have experience supporting children with SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, etc.)

  • Bring a patient, empathetic, and proactive approach

  • Are confident working with EHCPs or happy to learn

  • Can build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families

  • Have a DBS on the Update Service – or are happy to apply for one
