We’re looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a friendly, specialist school this September. This role is a mix of classroom-based support and small group interventions—perfect for someone who thrives on variety and loves seeing pupils flourish.
About the role:
You’ll work alongside teachers and therapists to support pupils with additional needs, both in the classroom and in focused intervention sessions. No two days are quite the same, but every day makes a difference.
Your responsibilities:

Supporting pupils in class and during activities

Leading small-group interventions to boost learning and confidence

Helping pupils manage routines, learning and social interactions

Teaming up with teachers, therapists, and families to create a safe, happy learning environment
