SEN Teaching Assistant – Make a Real Difference Every Day

Start Date: Term 6 OR September 2025
Contract: Full-time and part-time opportunities available

We’re looking for SEN Teaching Assistants to join welcoming and inclusive schools across the area. Whether you have previous SEN experience or are just starting your journey in education, what matters most is your personality – someone warm, engaging, and committed to supporting every child’s potential.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them learn in ways that work best for them

  • Creating a nurturing environment where pupils feel safe, supported, and confident

  • Working closely with teachers and other support staff to build strong, trusting relationships

  • Using your empathy and creativity to turn challenges into moments of growth and connection
