SEN Teaching Assistant

Location - Swindon

Start - September 2025 (Potential to start earlier - Term 6)

Protocol Education are working alongside a Swindon based SEN school and are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join its vibrant team. In this role, you'll support students aged 5 to 19 with diverse needs, including autism, communication challenges, and learning difficulties. You'll work closely with teachers to deliver tailored educational support, assist during work placements, and help create a positive, inclusive learning environment that fosters student growth.

Key Responsibilties and Roles

  • Provide support to students across various subjects, ensuring their individual needs are met.

  • Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored educational support.

  • Monitor and report on student progress, adapting support strategies as needed

Ideal Requirments

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A genuine passion for supporting students with special educational needs.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of our students
