About the Role:
Protocol Education is seeking a compassionate and motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs in schools across Croydon. You will play a vital role in helping children access learning, develop social skills, and build confidence in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one and group support to pupils with SEN (Autism, ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language, etc.)

  • Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement tailored support strategies

  • Adapt resources and classroom activities to meet individual needs

  • Encourage independence, resilience, and positive behaviour

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting children with SEN (desirable)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

  • Right to Work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
