Bonus points if you have:

  • A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification

  • Thrive training (or are open to completing it—we’ll cover the cost!)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support: Provide 1:1 assistance to students with SEN in a classroom setting

  • Assist: Help teachers deliver tailored learning plans

  • Engage: Ensure pupils understand instructions and stay on track with class activities

  • Manage: Handle challenging behaviour calmly with proven strategies

  • Communicate: Build strong relationships with staff, parents, and professionals, keeping clear records of progress

  • Nurture: Create a warm, inclusive learning environment that helps children feel part of school life
