Pay: £13.67 - £15 per hour

We’re on the lookout for kind, steady, and supportive SEN Teaching Assistants to work across a variety of fantastic schools in the South Ockendon area. If you’ve got experience supporting children with additional needs and know how to bring calm to chaos, this could be the perfect fit.
Each day might bring a different setting, but the mission stays the same: helping every child thrive. Whether it’s autism, ADHD, or complex needs, you’ll be the one helping pupils feel safe, supported, and ready to learn.

What You’ll Be Doing

1:1 Support: Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils who need it most

Classroom Inclusion: Help teachers adapt learning and daily routines for diverse needs

Behaviour Guidance: Use positive strategies to manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour

Adaptability: Move between schools and settings with confidence, bringing consistency and care

Record-Keeping: Keep track of pupil progress and strategies that make a difference
What We’re Looking For

Experience supporting children or young people with SEND
-
Patience, empathy, and a calm, confident approach
-
A valid DBS (or happy to get one through us)
-
Right to work in the UK
