What You’ll Be Doing:

One-to-One & Small Group Support
You’ll be right there with students who need a bit more help to stay on track—academically and emotionally.

Team Player Energy
Working alongside teachers to tweak lesson plans and keep learning inclusive and accessible.

Engagement Extraordinaire
Helping learners stay focused and involved during class activities.

Behaviour Whisperer
Using positive strategies to guide emotional regulation and behaviour.

Top Communicator
Keeping parents, teachers, and support staff in the loop.

Champion of Inclusion
Making sure every child feels seen, supported, and safe in the classroom.


What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Right to work in the UK
✔️ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or happy to apply)
✔️ SEN experience (in school or similar settings)
✔️ Confident communicator with a calm, positive presence
✔️ Able to adapt your support to different needs and learning styles
