About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join schools in Croydon. The role involves working closely with pupils with special educational needs, providing one-to-one and small group support, and helping to create an inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:

Support pupils with a range of special educational needs (SEN)

Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored learning plans

Assist with classroom organisation and learning activities

Encourage independence, confidence, and progress in all pupils
Requirements:

Previous experience working with children with SEN (desirable)

A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs

Right to Work in the UK

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
