About the Role:
Protocol Education is seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with a range of special educational needs in schools across Sutton. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about inclusive education and making a positive difference in pupils’ lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEN (e.g., Autism, ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language).

  • Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored learning support.

  • Encourage pupil engagement, independence, and social development.

  • Create a safe and supportive classroom environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children with SEN is an advantage.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).

  • Right to Work in the UK.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
