About the Role:
Protocol Education is seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with a range of special educational needs in schools across Sutton. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about inclusive education and making a positive difference in pupils’ lives.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEN (e.g., Autism, ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language).

Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored learning support.

Encourage pupil engagement, independence, and social development.

Create a safe and supportive classroom environment.
Requirements:

Previous experience working with children with SEN is an advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).

Right to Work in the UK.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
