About the Role:
Protocol Education is looking for a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with special educational needs in schools across Sutton. This role is ideal for someone who is committed to helping children overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN (Autism, ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language difficulties, etc.)

  • Support teachers and SENCOs in delivering adapted learning strategies

  • Encourage pupils’ personal, social, and emotional development

  • Help create an inclusive and positive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting children with SEN (school-based or similar settings)

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Patient, adaptable, and resilient approach

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

  • Right to Work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
