We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Lambeth. This role is about more than classroom support – it’s about helping pupils with additional needs feel safe, understood, and ready to achieve their best.
What you’ll be doing:

Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs

Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external specialists to create a positive learning environment

Helping children build resilience, confidence, and independence in their learning

Bringing patience, empathy, and consistency to every school day
What we’re looking for:

Experience supporting children or young people with SEND (in schools, care, or youth settings)

A calm, adaptable, and positive approach in challenging situations

Strong communication and teamwork skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
