About the Role:
Protocol Education is recruiting for compassionate and motivated SEN Teaching Assistants to support children with special educational needs in schools across Wandsworth. This is a rewarding opportunity for those passionate about helping pupils overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of SEN (Autism, ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties).

  • Assist teachers in adapting and delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual needs.

  • Support with behaviour management and encourage positive participation in class.

  • Help create an inclusive, safe, and supportive learning environment.

  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to support student progress.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children or young people (SEN experience desirable but not essential).

  • A patient, resilient, and caring approach.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Right to work in the UK.

  • DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
