Location: Barnet (and surrounding areas, varied assignment locations)
Hours: Flexible / On-demand – by your availability (typically school hours, eg. 08:30–16:00)
Contract Type: Day-to-day and short-term assignments across primary, secondary, and over-16 settings
About the Role
We’re seeking creative, compassionate, and dedicated Educators to support learning in classrooms across primary, secondary, and post-16 contexts. You’ll help maintain a nurturing educational environment and deliver hands-on support where it’s needed most—on a flexible, short-term basis.
What You’ll Do

Collaborate with class teachers to support lessons and learning goals

Build positive relationships with students to foster engagement and inclusion

Promote safeguarding, equality, and a supportive classroom atmosphere at all times

Manage tasks independently—adapt to varying settings and schedules
-
Liaise professionally with parents and other stakeholders when required

Follow guidelines for care procedures, potentially including manual handling, medication assistance, or hoisting

Ideally, support learners with additional needs (ASC, PMLD, MLD)—experience is a plus but not essential
Experience in care, elderly care, or nursing is valued and may transfer well to this role.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
