Are you a skilled and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant looking for your next challenge? A friendly and inclusive mainstream primary school in Southall (Ealing) is seeking an experienced SEN TA to join their Year 4 team this September.

About the Role:
You will be supporting one or more pupils in Year 4 with additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, or speech and language challenges. You’ll work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and external professionals to ensure every child receives the support they need to thrive academically and socially.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Providing targeted one-to-one and small group support

  • Implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour strategies

  • Promoting independence and confidence in the classroom

  • Supporting positive behaviour and emotional well-being

  • Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has experience working with children with SEN, ideally in a mainstream primary setting

  • Understands the needs of pupils in Key Stage 2 (KS2)

  • Is patient, resilient, and enthusiastic

  • Can work collaboratively as part of a supportive team

  • Holds a relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, TA Certificate, or equivalent)
