We’re looking for compassionate, consistent SEN Support staff to work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils who need a little extra help to thrive. Whether it’s autism, ADHD, SEMH, or complex needs, your patience and positivity will help build trust and unlock learning.

What you’ll be doing:
Supporting children with special educational needs—academically and emotionally
Using visual aids, sensory tools, and behaviour strategies
Working closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and therapists
Creating safe spaces where pupils can grow in confidence

You’ll need:
✔️ Experience supporting children with SEND (in school or similar settings)
✔️ A calm, nurturing approach and real resilience
✔️ A genuine passion for inclusive education
✔️ An enhanced DBS on the Update Service—or happy to apply through us

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
