We are actively recruiting for one of our wonderful Primary school's in Harlow. They are currently looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant/LSA that will be prepared to start as soon as possible. Graduate TA's are ideal as this school prides itself on moulding aspiring teachers but are very happy to consider anyone looking to make a difference with children!

The position will require strong commitment, 5 days per week for the remainder of the academic year. The role will be supporting the classroom teacher as well as doing small group work with lower/higher ability children.

The successful candidate will be encouraging, flexible and patient. They should be able to work as part of a team, communicate with parents as well as having an open-minded approach to learning.

• Experience working with primary aged children with SEN

• A high standard of communication skills with children or adults

• The commitment and willingness to stay within the role for the entirety of the school year

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
