What you’ll be doing:
- Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs
- Helping to create a safe, positive, and structured learning environment
- Supporting emotional regulation, behaviour strategies, and wellbeing
- Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working with children or young people with SEMH/SEND needs
- Calm, empathetic, and resilient personality
- Ability to build positive relationships and de-escalate challenging situations
- Team player who can adapt to the needs of the classroom
