-
Assisting the class teacher in delivering a tailored curriculum that meets pupils where they are
-
Helping young people build routines, friendships, and confidence at their own pace

-
Has experience supporting young people with SEMH, SEND, or behavioural needs
-
Brings a calm, patient, and nurturing approach—even when the day gets tough
-
Can draw on transferable skills from youth work, care, coaching, mentoring, or similar
-
Is confident in building trust, setting boundaries, and celebrating progress (even the tiny wins!)
