SEMH Learning Support Assistant (LSA) in Chelmsford - Sports Background

        Have you had personal experience supporting SEND or SEMH?

Protocol Education are looking to recruit a learning support assistant / teaching assistant to join a brand new SEMH school in Chelmsford.

A background in sports would be highly beneficial. 

A desire to assist in this area is required, but no experience is necessary! 

You will be joining a great team that predominantly work with children who have a variety of additional needs including SEMH / ASD / MLD. 

A friendly yet strong and resilient approach to teaching and learning, as well as the ability to quickly build up strong relationships and rapport with individual children is important. 

This is a long term, full time position so we are looking for candidates to be available 5 days a week between the hours of 8:30am - 3:30pm.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
