Protocol Education, working closely with a respected multi-academy trust in the West Midlands, is offering a Guaranteed Work Agreement for Early Career Teachers in Telford and Shropshire. Your role will include:

  • Teaching and inspiring secondary students in your subject specialism (and beyond if you’re open to it)

  • Delivering lessons aligned with the trust’s curriculum, while shaping your own teaching voice

  • Building strong, respectful relationships with students and staff

  • Learning on the job, with mentoring and ongoing guidance

You’ll need:

  • PGCE or equivalent qualification

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

  • Understanding of the national curriculum

  • Positivity, adaptability, and a genuine passion for making an impact in the classroom

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
