As a Supply Teacher, you’ll step into the classroom prepared to deliver pre-planned lessons, maintain a positive learning environment, and support student progress — all while making each day engaging and rewarding for your pupils.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:

Holds a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Has a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject area

Brings experience teaching in secondary schools (or strong ECTs are welcome to apply)

Has confident classroom management skills and a flexible, proactive mindset

Is passionate about education and enjoys building rapport with different groups of students

Is happy to teach across various subjects and key stages when needed

Has a current enhanced DBS on the update service (or is willing to obtain one)
