Job Title: Secondary School Teaching Assistant

What you’ll be doing
- Supporting students aged 11–16 in and out of lessons
- Helping to deliver engaging, accessible learning
- Providing one-to-one or small group support for pupils who need an extra boost
- Assisting with behaviour management and creating a positive learning environment
- Collaborating with teachers and SEN staff to give every student the best chance to shine
What we’re looking for
- Experience working with young people (in school, tutoring, or youth work)
- A calm, patient approach – especially when things get busy
- Confidence to work with different age groups and abilities
- Bonus points if you’ve got Thrive training – and if you haven’t, we’ll train you for free
