Role: Secondary School Roles – Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, LSA, Unqualified Teacher, Behaviour Mentor
Salary: £90 to £130 per day - PAYE

Contract: Flexible, Long-Term or Daily Supply
Start Date: Immediate

Protocol is looking for support staff for their schools to commence September 2025.  Whether you are a Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Unqualified Teacher or Behaviour Mentor, we would be keen to speak with you. We work with all schools and want to help you find the right role.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting students in and out of the classroom
  • Managing behaviour and creating a positive learning environment
  • Delivering pre-planned lessons or assisting the class teacher
  • Building strong relationships with staff and students

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in a school or youth work setting (paid or voluntary)
  • Confidence working with secondary-age students
  • Adaptability, positivity, and a genuine interest in helping young people succeed
