Role Overview:
- Deliver engaging English lessons that encourage student expression and learning.
- Motivate and engage students to stay focused and on task.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress.
- Work collaboratively within a supportive school environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage behaviour effectively.
- Positive, flexible, and collaborative attitude.
Contract & Salary:
- Full-time position.
- Competitive daily rates ranging from £160 to £170, based on experience and qualifications.
- Immediate start with upcoming placements available.
Additional Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one through Educate.
