Protocol Education are looking for creative, confident, and compassionate people to join secondary schools as Drama Youth Workers. You’ll work closely with pupils who need a bit more encouragement, using the drama techniques you know well to build trust, boost confidence, and support learning.
This role is perfect if you're a TA with a performing arts background, or someone who's worked in theatre, youth work, or creative education.
Your day-to-day could include:

Supporting students 1:1 and in small groups

Using drama-based activities to build engagement

Helping pupils express themselves, manage emotions, and grow in confidence

Assisting in lessons or leading drama interventions
What we're looking for:

Experience working with young people (doesn't have to be in a school)

Background in theatre, drama, performing arts, or creative youth work

Strong communication skills and an empathetic approach

Ability to think and act on your feet

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
