Pay: £110 to 130 per day (paid weekly)

We’re working with a brilliant secondary school in Newcastle that’s looking for a calm, confident Seclusion Manager to join their team. You’ll be the steady presence that helps students reset, refocus, and get back on track.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing the school’s seclusion room with structure and consistency

  • Building positive relationships with students and encouraging them to reflect on behaviour

  • Supporting the wider pastoral team with behaviour management strategies

  • Keeping detailed records and working with teachers and senior leaders

You’ll be great at this if:

  • You’ve got experience working with teenagers (in education, youth work, or a similar role)

  • Staying calm under pressure is your superpower

  • You know how to be firm, fair, and supportive all at once
