Love Science? So do they. And they can’t wait to welcome someone who brings the subject to life.
We’re working with a thriving secondary school in Shrewsbury where high expectations and genuine support go hand in hand. Behaviour’s strong, students are motivated, and teachers are backed to do what they do best—teach, not drown in admin.
This isn’t just another teaching role. It’s your chance to spark curiosity, boost confidence, and join a school community that really does live its values.
What’s on offer:
-
Permanent Science teaching role starting September 2025
-
Engaged pupils who enjoy Science and rise to a challenge
-
A collaborative team with shared planning (bye-bye pointless paperwork)
-
Forward-thinking leadership who value people as much as progress
-
Career development across a growing multi-academy trust
Who they’re looking for:
You’re either an experienced Science teacher or an ECT ready to shine. You believe knowledge is power and know how to make even tricky topics click. You’re excited by high standards, not fazed by them.

-
Strong subject knowledge and genuine passion for Science
