Role Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, covering Biology, Chemistry, and Physics

Adapt lesson plans to suit the needs of all learners and ensure inclusive teaching practice

Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies

Assess, monitor and provide feedback on pupil progress

Work collaboratively with other teaching staff and support teams
✅ Requirements:
-
UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
-
A degree in a Science-related subject
-
Experience teaching Science at secondary level (preferred but not essential)

Strong classroom management and communication skills
-
Flexibility and a proactive approach to teaching

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
