We’re working with brilliant secondary schools in Newcastle who are looking for a qualified Science Teacher to join their team. Whether your specialism is Biology, Chemistry or Physics, you’ll be joining a department that values collaboration, creativity, and letting students get hands-on with learning.
What your day will look like:

Delivering engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 (A-Level experience? Even better!)

Bringing science to life through practicals, projects, and problem-solving

Tracking progress, offering feedback, and supporting student development

Working as part of a committed department with shared planning and resources
What you’ll need:

UK QTS and experience teaching Science in secondary schools

Strong subject knowledge and classroom presence

A clear DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)

A sense of humour and a love of a well-organised lab cupboard
