Science Teacher

January 2023 start for a full year.

Protocol Education are working alongside this GOOD school based in the heart of Twickenham, Richmond Upon Thames Borough, very close to excellent transport links and major roads. The school is well know for being one of the best in the local area and is an all girls school with over 1500 students.

We are looking to appoint an engaging and enthusiastic Teacher of Science, to join our highly effective Faculty. You will be a committed practitioner who shares our vision to ‘Let your light so shine – Be the best you can be’. You will have the ability to teach Chemistry to KS5 and all other Science subjects to GCSE level.

Our ideal candidate will be keen to play an active part in school life, running extra-curricular activities for students.

This school has 12 dedicated labs and 2 prep rooms, house our team of specialist Science Teachers and Technicians.

• Be a qualified Science Teacher
• Demonstrate recent experience as a Science Teacher
• Be able to teach Science up to KS4.
• Be proven to raise and maintain attainment levels, keeping standards high
• Be an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual who leads by example
• Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills with excellent behaviour management strategies

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
