The Role: As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our students' development by:
Providing one-on-one and small group support to students with SEMH needs. Assisting with the planning and implementation of tailored educational programs. Building positive relationships with students to encourage emotional and social growth. ️ Supporting students in developing communication and coping skills. Creating a safe and supportive learning environment.
Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess:
✅ A genuine passion for working with children and young people. ✅ Strong interpersonal and communication skills. ✅ Patience, empathy, and resilience. ✅ Previous experience in a similar role or educational setting (preferred). ✅ Relevant qualifications or willingness to pursue them (e.g., Level 2 TA qualification).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
