School Administrator – Hounslow | September Start | Full-Time
Are you a highly organised and approachable individual looking to support the smooth day-to-day running of a school office? A welcoming and inclusive school in Hounslow is seeking a dedicated School Administrator to join their team from September 2025.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience who thrives in a busy, people-focused environment — particularly those with previous school office experience or transferable skills from other sectors.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and external agencies

Manage administrative duties such as attendance, pupil records, emails, filing, and phone calls

Maintain and update the school’s MIS system (SIMS, Arbor, or similar)
-
Support with organising events, newsletters, school trips, and meetings
-
Work closely with school leadership to ensure efficient office operations
✅ Ideal Candidate:
-
Previous experience in an administrative role (school-based preferred but not essential)

Confident using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and/or school MIS systems
-
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
-
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks independently
-
Calm, friendly, and professional under pressure
-
Able to maintain confidentiality and follow safeguarding procedures
